We schedule a brief consultation call or meeting to fully understand your staffing requirements, shift types, duration, required certifications, client population, and any special considerations.

Step 3: Service Agreement

We prepare a clear, detailed service agreement outlining scope of services, rates, compliance standards, and billing terms. No hidden fees. No surprises.

Step 4: Candidate Matching

Our placement coordinators identify and pre- screen candidates from our network who best match your specific requirements.

Step 5: Candidate Presentation

We present qualified candidates for your review. You retain the right to interview and approve every professional before placement.

Step 6: Orientation & Onboarding

Placed professionals receive facility- specific orientation materials and any required onboarding documentation before their first shift.

Step 7: Ongoing Support

Your dedicated account manager remains accessible post-placement to address feedback, resolve concerns, and proactively manage continuity of care.
