Key Objectives

  • Provide efficient and empathetic support to our clients 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain high service standards.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support client interactions and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Assist clients in navigating healthcare services, scheduling appointments, and accessing resources.
  • Document and track client interactions, concerns, and resolutions in accordance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Identify recurring client issues and communicate insights to management for continuous improvement.
  • Support administrative tasks related to client support, including data entry and reporting.
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations and privacy standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in client support, customer service, or healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare management software is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
