Key Objectives

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
  • Maintain clear and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support patient discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care.
  • Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe care environment.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years clinical nursing experience preferred, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
  • Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
