Key Objectives

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in accordance with established protocols and standards.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough patient assessments and document findings accurately.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies.
Maintain clear and detailed patient records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Support patient discharge planning and coordinate follow-up care.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe care environment.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training initiatives.
Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

Qualifications & Requirements

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 1-2 years clinical nursing experience preferred, preferably in a hospital or acute care setting.
Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
